Our Terms and Rental Conditions

Full details of our terms and rental conditions are sent to you when you have confirmed a booking. Please read the following notes if you are interested in making a reservation.

Rental Periods
Rental periods are for a minimum of one week with arrivals and departures normally on a Saturday, though this is not essential. The house must be vacated by 10:00am at the very latest on the day of departure. Arriving guests may occupy the house from between 4:00pm and 7:00pm.

Short Breaks of three nights or more are available during the low season from November 1st to April 31st (except Christmas, New Year, Easter week and Semana Santa). Weekend wedding groups will be considered during low season.

Accommodation is limited to a maximum of 20 guests in the main house plus another 4 further guests in the courtyard cottage. Room number 11 is used as a staff room. Children over three years old are considered full occupants. Sorry no pets allowed.

Reservations can only be confirmed after payment of the 25% deposit.

Payment can be made by bank transfer (full details provided when we send you a copy of our full ‘Terms and Conditions’. The 25% is payable on reservation. The 75% balance is payable at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. Extra maid and cook services should be paid directly to staff on a weekly basis throughout the stay.

Cancellation of your booking for any reason must be notified in writing by either email or fax. The cancellation will take effect from the date the written notice is received and will be the subject of certain charges according to the notice given. Full details will be provided with our full ‘Terms and Conditions’

Breakage Deposit is required from all rental groups. This is payable in advance or by separate arrangement. The amount of the deposit will depend on various factors and should be discussed with the management.

Insurance: All guests are strongly recommended to take out their own travel and health insurance covering all members of their party. We regret that we are unable to accept any responsibility towards any insurance claims made by guests for whatever cause. Any valuables left at the property are done so entirely at the owner’s risk.

Telephones: A telephone and fax machine is available to clients on request. Mobile phone coverage is available although due to the mountainous terrain some phone systems do not work. A wireless internet connection  is available at the property which is provided free of charge. Clients will need to bring their own WIFI enabled devices.

Photography: The property is highly photogenic and suitable for film shoots etc. Photos or film taken cannot be used or sold for profit without our specific authorization.

Linen: Linen is provided in the rental and is changed once a week. Cot linen, however, is not provided and should be brought by guest if required. Beach/Pool towels, cots and high chairs are available on request.

Electricity: is 220 Volt AC. Clients are reminded to bring their adaptors if their home electricity supply is not European two pin.
