Important notes
- Unless the whole property is rented, the Courtyard Cottage is only available when the main house is full.
- Rental prices are charged in € (Euros). Sterling equivalents are given as a guide only, calculated at €1.473 per £ sterling.
- Rentals are quoted on a self-catering basis and prices do not include cooking or extra maid services.
- Extra maid service can be provided at €8 per hour and cooking services at €12 per hour. Payments should be made directly to staff on a weekly basis in Euros. Food and drink bought on behalf of the guests is paid for on a daily basis. All extra cooking or cleaning packages should be arranged in advance of arrival.
- Bookings can only be confirmed after we have recieved a 25% deposit.
- Full terms and conditions on how to make payment, what we require as a breakage deposit and our cancellation policy will be provided when we reply to your enquiry.
- Electricity supply to heat swimming pool(November to May): by arrangement
- The management reserves the right to charge a supplementary cleaning fee (deductable from the breakage deposit) if the property is left other than which it was found on arrival.
