For the cooler months of the year we now have a NEW indoor dining room in the "Old Olive Mill" which is available for large scale functions. Seating capacity 80-100 persons. PLEASE NOTE: The Courtyard Cottage is available (for up to 4 persons) by separate arrangement, either weekly or for short stays . |
Important notes - The courtyard cottage is available when the main house is full.
- Rental prices are quoted on a self-catering basis and the prices do not include cooking or extra maid service.
- Extra maid service can be provided at €8 per hour per maid and a cook at €12 per hour.
- All extra cooking or cleaning packages should be arranged in advance of arrival.
- Bookings can only be confirmed after we have received a 25% deposit.
- There is a Final Day cleaning charge of €250 applicable to all groups.
- There is a linen charge of € 250 p/week.
- There is a winter fuel charge of €250 p/week, applicable from November to March.
- There is an optional Pool Heating charge of €250 (November to May). At least 2 weeks notice required.
- The above extras are payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
