- Bookings can only be confirmed on reciept of the 25% deposit
- Extras
- Final day cleaning charge €250 for the main house and €50 per cottage (Cleaning charge for wedding or large functions: €350 + €50 per cottage)

- Winter fuel charge (November - March) €250/week
- Swimming pool heating charge (optional) €300
There is no additional venue charge for the exclusive use of the Main house, Cottages, The Old Mill and Grounds.
