Please note that the house is let on a self catering basis. The property is for your sole private use and enjoyment. Within the terms of the rental agreement, staff costs are included to provide basic cleaning and maintenance of the communal areas of the house and gardens on a daily basis. This includes three hours daily maid service to clean the ground floor communal areas, seven days a week, plus a gardener/ handyman 5 times per week.

Linen changes are weekly unless otherwise requested.

Dining Room

Costs for Extra Maids and Cook
Extra maid service can be provided at €8 per hour. A cook can be arranged at €12 per hour.

As it is a large house sleeping up to 20 persons in the main house and 4 persons in the cottage most guests find that extra maid help and the services of the cook to be invaluable. The staff are only too pleased to carry out additional cleaning of bedrooms, preparation of meals, cooking, serving, clearing away, washing up and laundry or baby-sitting

The above services are available on request as an extra and should be booked well in advance. Staff are paid directly by the client. This keeps your costs reasonable and avoids having to pay us management fees or commission.
