Please note that the house is let on a self catering basis. The property is for your sole private use and enjoyment. Within the terms of the rental agreement, staff costs are included to provide basic cleaning and maintenance of the communal areas of the house and gardens on a daily basis. This includes three hours daily maid service to clean the main house ground floor communal areas, seven days a week, plus a gardener/ handyman 5 times per week.

Linen changes are weekly unless otherwise requested.

Costs for Extra Maids
Extra maid service can be provided at €8 per hour.

As it is a very large house sleeping up to 22 persons in the main building and a further 12 persons in the cottages most guests find that extra maid help is invaluable. The staff are only too pleased to carry out additional cleaning of bedrooms, washing up and laundry or baby-sitting.

We also provide in-house catering. Menus available on request. 

The above services are available on request as an extra and should be booked well in advance. Staff are paid directly by the client. This keeps your costs reasonable and avoids having to pay us management fees or commission.
